Here are the top five frequently asked questions we receive daily on the Herbal Hair Grower Hair Growth Oil. We hope it helps clarify any concerns/questions for you!
1. How do I use the Growth Oil?
-You take the dropper and you can either drop the oil directly on your scalp and/or hair, or drop the oil in your hands and evenly distribute it on the hair. It's really up to you on how you want to nourish your crown.
2. What if I am allergic to an ingredient in the oil?
-I advise for anyone who has interest in purchasing the oil and have allergen concerns to read the descriptions carefully and email us BEFORE purchasing. We can answer any question that you may have any concerns about. I want all my customers to have the best experience with using my product.
3. Well...what's actually IN the oil? Does it contain coconut oil in it?
- Many have asked, and the oil does NOT contain any traces of coconut oil whatsoever! The oil is comprised of 100% natural herbal oils including rich black Jamaican castor oil as one of the main ingredients in the growth oil formula.
4. Does the oil actually work? How soon will I see results?
-Yes it does work, but like anything else, it will take time and consistent use to get your BEST results! Keep in mind that this is not a magic cure to all hair problems, but a quick solution for anyone who may want to grow their hair thicker over time. With consistent use, you should see results in 4-6 weeks. For quicker results, increase your water intake, trim your ends when needed, and wash your hair weekly.
5. How soon should I expect to receive my product? How long will my oil take to get to me?
-We ship through USPS and it all depends on your location, the time of day, and if it is before the weekends or any national holidays. On average, expect to receive your package within the next 3-5 days after your order and in some circumstances, it may take 8-10 business days. We try our best to ship out all orders as timely and quickly as we can so that orders can stay within the 3-5 day range.
6. How Do I customize my necklace? Where do I insert my name and font of choice?
For all custom items, please refer to our custom font picture located at the end of the product pictures to look at all the custom fonts provided.
To insert your name and custom font, type it in the “NOTES” tab that is located towards the bottom of your checkout screen.
7. Why are my custom items not here yet? Why haven’t I received an updated tracking number?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there may or may not be a delay in your processing and shipping times for your items. In the event if you have not received an updated tracking number but have received a notification of your item being shipped it is either one of two options: either your item has been shipped to our facility and is waiting to be packaged by us to ship out to you OR your package has not been updated in the USPS tracking system and we are waiting on your updated information to update you. In EITHER case, ALWAYS email us for further assistance. We are in this together, and we want all our customers to understand that we are working our hardest to get your items sent to you as quick as we can. We also ask during these uncertain times, that our customers become more understanding and that USPS deliveries are out of our control. We are dedicated to working with you all to get everything in and shipped in timely fashions.
8. I don’t see my birth year date available? How do I PRE-ORDER my necklace?
Most items are available on the listing to be viewed. If we do not have that item on hand, it will be labeled with **PRE-ORDER** next to it.
To PRE-ORDER your item, simply order the item as you would any other item, just know that that item will have a longer shipping time (refer to the products description for more details)
All Wig Unit Orders take 2-3 days to process and an additional 2-3 days for delivery. If out of state, send hair 2 weeks in advance.
